Process Designer
- Designing & Delivering new processes; including an integration (ABI) to 'pre-order' and distribute e-product samples within a few seconds.
Data Analyst
- Designing new ways to statistically analyse scientific ('Big') data at Kew Gardens; with recognition from the specific scientific community.
Project Management
- Lead the implementation of a core analytical program for marketing; reducing time taken for marketers to run reports by designing appropriate dashboards.
Taxonomist
- Initiated the governance program for Business taxonomy; building relationships with internal & external relationships to bring about change.
